IPACK-IMA DAYS: THE TOP FOOD SAFETY EVENT OF THE YEAR

June 9th and 10th 2010: Ipack-Ima at Bologna with a symposium specifically dedicated to technology ensuring safety in food production processes.

Two days of meetings, debates, round table discussions and conferences specifically dealing with ultraclean technology, traceability, monitoring systems, integrated IT/preprocessing/protective packaging technology, cold chain, food-contact packages and materials. The event was supported by a prestigious scientific committee led by Prof. Claudio Peri and was staged in the Sala Maggiore conference room of the new Bologna Fiere Congress Center.
