The Symposium: Zero Risk Objective

The advances in food technology ensure growing standards of food safety. The objective of the symposium was to draw a complete picture of the technological innovation occurring in the entire production process, from the production of raw materials to the marketing of finished products.
The agenda included speeches dealing with solutions for the prevention and exclusion of critical factors in view of the development of zero risk production.
