Ipack-Ima spa was founded in Milan in 1961, in the same year as the first edition of the exhibition by the same name, which has since played a fundamental role in the development of food production and packaging systems in Italy. The exhibition has quickly gained a primary role on the market becoming a milestone for all industry professionals; over 21 editions and almost half a century it has set the pace for technological evolution, presenting innovations from the domestic and international markets to a wide public of companies from different industries.

Today, Ipack-Ima spa is well established as one of the most important trade fair systems in Italy for the processing and packaging technology industries thanks to a rich and diversified offer of events dedicated to different segments. One of Ipack-Ima spa’s strengths is the ability to design events around visitors’ needs. This is why Ipack-Ima spa’s exhibitions display integration : the convergence of technology along the entire production chain from raw materials to the retail store.
